As the holidays are approaching, it seems moms have more cooking, more cleaning, and more activities to coordinate. I have been making quiche lately because it’s so easy to make during the day and heat up later. It’s great on the weekend as a lunch or even as a quick dinner on a weeknight, along with a salad.
Here are two of the quiche I made this last weekend. I forgot to take pictures until everyone had some, but I managed to grab a couple quick pictures. I found these recipes for Broccoli Cheddar and Quiche Lorraine on Pinterest and they both worked out great. In both recipes I used frozen crust since I need fast and easy. If you have the time, a home made crust would be amazing.
